Never go here ever if you are looking for respectful employees, timely service, and courteous employees. This place basically ruined my nieces 2nd birthday party. The party room (3) that we were placed in was hot we were sweating in Dec. in the room with all of 5 people there at the time. We had 3 tables in the room and requested 1 more for a place to put the cake and gifts, they wanted to charge $150 for the extra room for the 3 hour bday party- they would not provide the table only. Then we only got the hostess for 2 hours since she is not included...Read More

Don't go here!!!! I have a 2 year old and 4 year old and there are only 2 small toddler jump houses that they are allowed to do together! Oh and for my 2 year old to be allowed in, I have to crawl through the 12" hole and go in there with him. Yeah right! Its a tiny little unit. I would feel better it just being kids. We were so unhappy after seeing what was here and all that we were not allowed to do, that within 5 minutes of walking in we asked for a refund. We were refused, and they said "there is nothing we can do!!!" WOW! What a huge...Read More

I should have read the reviews. A friend who grew up around here and had visited a few years ago recommended it so we met up for a playdate. Thank goodness it was a BOGO day (Wed) because I would hate to have felt like wasted money leaving when we did. The front desk staff was nice to us, but started telling me what my 2 year old could/could not do (I had never been and had no clue which apparatus she was talking about as I couldn't SEE anything from there) and what my 4 year old could/could not do. It turned out that this place is completely impractical...Read More

Everytime I go here, I tell myself I won't ever return. My kids are 2 and 4, which means my 2 year old can't play on 90% of the things my 4 year old CAN play on. So I spend my time juggling the kids back and forth between jumpy castles. My kids want to play TOGETHER, which just isn't possible here. At an entry price of $16.50, I realize I can only really use about a third of the objects in the store, which is upsetting.

The place is clean and well organized. I just can't justify the expense. If all of your kids are over 6, then this place will...Read More

This place is great! Clean, well staffed, and friendly. I feel like my kids are safe here and they always are begging to go.

Then we only got the hostess for 2 hours since she is not included with the package and they charge for her by the hour. The "hostess" was a quiet girl wearing a cap and moving at a turtles pace. I had to help her get food and drinks out after we got them 2 hours into the birthday party. When we tried to address items with management we were ignored, literally the manager was standing 2 feet from us and we asked to speak to her she looked at the other lady and walked off and all of a sudden she was busy. The amount of the party was almost $500.00 for abuse from their employees. Even to the extent of being threatened by 2 employees to fight with my sisters BIL who told the guys to stop verbally attacking my sister. It doesn't matter how nice they may be to a normal everyday visitor if they ruin important occasions like this. If i can reach enough people and save them this experience I would be SO happy.

We love it there, and you can bring in your own food and drinks! What a mistake... thought we would try something new. No wonder this place is dead.

It turned out that this place is completely impractical for a parent with more than 1 child under 6 or so. My 4 year old couldn't play on the one empty inflatable my son could be on without me. My 2 year old couldn't play in any of the other structures my 4 year old could be in without an adult being actually INSIDE the inflatable. At 8 months pregnant I couldn't get inside any of them with him so there was nothing he could really do. Then when the other kids would go to play on a structure he wasn't allowed on, the staff would yell at me or him before he even got to it and lecture us on where we could and couldn't go. It was ridiculous. I understand liability and the need for safe practices, but when a place has THAT many rules (there are ONLY 16 rules on their website) all the fun is completely sucked out of it. There's no way you could go and let your kids just play unless they are at least 8 or 9 or so and even at that age, I'm sure they'd get bored fast with all the militant "lifeguards". My son wasn't even allowed inside the small square (typical birthday party inflatable) one that was completely empty and had visibility around the entire structure without my friend getting inside with him. We will not be returning. My friend said she was disappointed in how things have deteriorated from the last time she had been.
