Our family has given this place a try a few times hoping they can win our business and we find a nice place for our young family to play. Unfortunately, there are too many orders barked at everyone (kids and adults), they are not geared towards pleasing the public and the waiver they ask to sign is a complete violation of privacy. Way too much information left in the hands of other kids. This place just needs to go out of business and make room for someone with much more business savvy. Save the trip and go somewhere else. Unpleasant all together!

It really is just okay in my book. The staff seemed more like boot camp sergeants, telling the kids, adults and I; “No, don’t stand on this, don’t jump there or don’t lean on that,” than party staff/assistants. They took the ease of having fun out of it. It just seems like they have more restrictions than any other party venue. Will I book here again? Only at the kids request. Other than that, I’ve lost interest. it’s also a little pricey. You will have fun as long as the boot camp sergeants aren’t patrolling. It’s great exorcise and you will burn calories.

I have an 8 year old and 3 year old and took them there for a birthday party. Definitely a good place to run off some energy but it’s not really geared for younger kids. Was even a little concerned for my 8 year old a couple of times as all ages are mixed in the main jumping area. However, the referees/monitors do a good job of keeping everyone safe. If they could somehow split up the sections a little more by age ranges, I would definitely go back often.
