Great activity to do on your first day in the city. You will get a quick history of the city, an overview of some of the main attractions that are and a ride out into McCovey Cove right next to AT&T park. My wife and I have done these tours in several cities and we often find that they help us to identify a place to visit later in our trip that we might not have otherwise gone to see.

Really lame. Loud!! And a waste if time. Went in really excited and ..Didn’t see any real sites. Rode around the city/toured Chinatown briefly and enter tweed the bay for a total of about 15minutes. Didn’t go anywhere near any of the bridges, never even got a glimpse of the Golden Gate Bridge, just basically went in a small circle by the boat launch.Fun for kids, def not for adults.

It is worth the money and is fun depending on your fellow passengers. Bring ear plugs. Some shut ins/functional autistics can ruin the fun. The aggies from the mid West for example can be blowing that duck whistle non-stop for an hour and a half right next to your ear. People used to lock those genetic defects away from public eye so that they won’t be shamed. Time’s changed.

The tour guide made the entire experience a memorable one. He was nice, funny and knowledgeable. He knew the little details that made San Francisco, CA such a great city (not bad for someone who lived in Fresno). In addition to the fantastic tour of San Francisco, the company gave away a DUCK whistle. Nice thoughtful addition! QUACK! QUACK!Overall, I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this tour for tourists.

Captain Grumpy was a great tour guide. I went with my wife, two kids (9&10) and grandparents. Good dum way to see the city.
