Where are we going today?

The West End Community Centre Association, in partnership with the Vancouver Park Board, brings you the West End Kidz Zone located at the West End CC Arena. WE Kidz Zone runs late June to early September each year and is ideal for families with children 12 years and under. Come in from the heat and play as long as you want! Lots and lots of room to run around with some great equipment. Not just the same old, same old drop-in gym.

    I totally agree on previous comments, it is not a good Mazda dealer to make a deal with. Not a good offer on new car, not a good price on trade in. I have made a good deal on new Mazda 6 wagon and trade in my car half an hour drive away with the other Mazda Dealer. Far better for new car price and trade in price compare to this West End Mazda.
    Staffs can not offer a good deal in this West End Mazda. But again Manager (Joe), very poor manner to be a car sale manager, very bad communication and bad temper. He pretend he knows everything. But he...Read More

    I think I am not smart enough to buy a Mazda from West End Parramatta.
    I should read all the comment on line before doing it.
    I bought the CX5 on 20/09/2014 on the my first visit.
    I was told from the Sales Executive "Sam"
    The CX5 Maxx Sport Diesel and Safety is including :
    1. SCBS 2. HBC 3. AM Radio frequency is up to 1700khz.

    After we got the new car on 30/09/2014,
    First, we found the AM radio is only up to 1640. Which is the first JOKE.

    Unfortunately I came here with my friend and he ended up paying 1200 more. Will never recommend this to any one here after.

    They suddenly increased the driveaway price of Mazda2 by $2k just before I plan to visit in their store this Saturday. It indicates how sloppy their business practice is.

    Customer service (or lack thereof)was appalling. I walked in to the dealership with my heavily pregnant wife and son to a few weeks ago to checkout the new CX9. There was one person in the customer service desk who ignored us and one guy walked out from his office towards us and I thought he came out for us but for whatever reason he walked away back into his office.

But he can not help his staff nor customer. Do not believe what he said he will help you. Shame, Shame, Shame Joe. How can you be a manager of NSW Mazda number one dealer?????????????????

Wade Johnson from west end parramatta customer service team had called me on 24/10/2014. I was told from him, " it is customers responsibility to do a research on line before we purchase". What a ridiculous feedback is it? Then you should not hire any human in your shop to sell any vehicle. All you need is put lots of computer so customers can research on line before they buy then. Which is the third JOKE.

I had logged a complaint letter to Mazda Australia head office on 22 of October.
They replied me "they are not directly involved "by 31 of October. Which is Fourth JOKE.

I had contacted the West end Mazda General Sales manager "Brett " twice last week.
I was told from him. " He believes his staff Sam is professional and wont tell us about it" on 7/11/2014
Which is the Fifth JOKE.

This is what I got after spending 40K+ at West End Mazda.
The General Manager told me I can lodge a complaint to Fair Trading.
But I need to proof the conversation between me and the sales.

So what I can do now?
I will start tell all my friends don't buy Mazda or don't buy from West End Mazda.
Or if they have to buy from you, bring a recorder to record all conversation before signing the contract!!!!

I will lodge a complaint to Fair trading. Even it will waste my time.

Last thing I will do, I will pass my experience to the social media company.
I will ask some people who was experienced similar like this to stand out as well.

The guy sitting at the customer service desk asked us what we were looking for and when I said the new CX9 he told us that it should be at the entrance and help ourselves. I asked him if he could come out and shown us the vehicle and give us a overview of the features etc. He wasn't interested but at last came out unwillingly and showed us the vehicle and only answered the our questions in a word or two and was busy on his smartphone. Absolutely appalling and terrible service. We had to figure out how the fold flat second and third row seats worked. Not impressed, not one bit. Clearly , either they have too many sales or don't need my business.

I am still looking for a new CX9 and will give them one more chance this weekend and will update the review after my visit.
