Had an absolute blast doing my first zipline tour! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were constantly in a playful mood and cracking jokes while still being attentive and minding of our safety. There is some light hiking involved from getting from some lines to the next, but it's nothing a moderate hiker hasn't encountered before. My favorite line is a tie between the speed focused line we did early on the tour or the final line where you traverse the valley and get to see a stunning vista. I did my tour near the end of the day and...Read More

Be prepared. Its much cooler on top of the mountain so take extra layers even on a sunny day. Eat before you go up the mountain. We had burgers which were poor quality and cost $15 candian dollars each. There are lots of activities to do once you are at the top of the mountain but it may be very expensive if you have a family. All in all I was dissappointed.

If you are not into skiing then this is your place! And here's why. They have clean and safe walking and hiking paths all over the mountain. There you'll find fresh air and breathtaking views including panoramic view if Vancouver. Grab thermos with hot drink if you are going to spend there several hours.

Very Disappointed and Upset about their services !

We are visitors to Vancouver and spend a day on the mountain. We had already booked a ski lesson for my 2 kids. When we arrived at the guest center, we were informed that the lesson was cancelled because of the weather. Their staff said that ski school should inform us prior. They didn't know why we were not informed ! (local phone number and e-mail address was verified)

Finally, we decided to keep our plan and go up to the mountain. When we arrived at the rental shop, there were only one family...Read More

I did my tour near the end of the day and I would recommend others to either do the same or do the very early ones as you really get to see some stunning scenes when the sun is either setting or rising.

Finally, we decided to keep our plan and go up to the mountain. When we arrived at the rental shop, there were only one family in front of me. The cashier spent over 30 minutes for that family to get the jacket, get the height and weight information. There were 2 more spare cash machines and over 3 staff around. I wonder why they cannot arrange other staff to do the measurement and check the jacket and the cashier do the payment issue only? So lucky it's not peak hour on that day, otherwise I can't imagine how long is the queue and how long I have to wait.

For the company operated over decades, that kind of services is definitely not acceptable.
