Things to do in Seattle, WA with kids

Seattle! Don’t be fooled by the nickname “The Rainy City” (there are actually many other cities with a higher rainfall!) Whatever the weather, that doesn’t stop Seattle from being on of the most family-friendly cities in the entire country.

From babies to teens, and parents too - there are plenty of fun places to visit that are perfect for the entire family, no matter the ages. It caters to all.

Younger kids will love the sweet Woodland Park Zoo with the new Zoomazium, as well as the interactive KidsQuest Children’s Museum.  (All great for those rainy days too!)

Older kids will love museums like the Burke Museum of Natural History, Adventura Aerial Adventure Park and the super exhilarating iFLY Seattle where you can sky dive - without getting on a plane! And of course, what family doesn’t love those kids fun classics like Seattle Aquarium! No need for a car. 

This city filled with hiking trails, parks and rivers is a beautiful city to enjoy by foot or rental bike.  (But don’t forget to try the monorail at night - kids will get such a thrill out of it!)
