I love Upper Limits! I usually come in the day time during the week when it is less crowded. It does get crowded at night, which isn’t my cup of tea. The membership is great, about 30$ a month for unlimited climbing. They always change the climbing routes so there is something new almost every time I visit. And the staff is the best! Nothing but helpful, and willing to suggest tips to improve your skills.

My girlfriend lost a really expensive ring in there, and when we came back to look for it they had it waiting for us at the front desk. One of the employees found it and turned it in. Thank you so much!

This gym is pretty rad. I love it so much more than the west county gym, which smells too clean. I climb so well. My favorite part about this gym definitely has to be the staff, specifically that guy David….so cool. Check this place out, for sure.

The beginner class is relatively short, but informative enough to climb safely with your partner. The staff was friendly and the instructor was polite and helpful if you couldn’t figure something out. The place got a bit crowded, and there weren’t as many beginner climber runs. Overall we had fun and would recommend an afternoon here.

In town for the weekend, my boyfriend and I visited this gym today for the first time. We liked most everything except kids, anywhere in age from 5-12, were running around everywhere! Some had no supervision and were scaling the walls as they pleased, crossing over open ropes and cutting in front of us as we were roping up to climb. The downstairs portion of the gym is a pretty big in size but felt very cramped and uneasy with so many kids running around. Meanwhile, the upstairs portion seemed perfectly sized for children! Back home, our gym has designated open gym times for kids which is nice…
