What is there to do?

The Little Buckeye Children’s Museum is ALL about offering kids self-directed play through creative, open-ended learning environments that engage kids and adults, spark imagination, and promote discovery.

That sounds pretty fun to us!

Throughout the children's museum, you'll find a number of exhibits that each teach kids something different, allowing them to develop in their own way. Kids can also play at their own pace, so kids of all learning abilities are welcome too!

The Imagination Station includes an upscale version of grandmother’s closet and a stage for performances. Dozens of dress-up costumes will be available for children of all sizes, along musical instruments, props, and mirrors for make believe. fun!

Also within the museum are well equipped roleplay studios where kids can be like mom and dad for the day! They might want to visit the bank, do some shopping at the local market, or even transform themselves into a vet and look after some injured animals!

Those science loving kids will love the Super Scientists’ Laboratory! The room’s design fosters creativity and offers a way for science to be fun!

The Insectigations room is filled with several hundred specimens of the ugliest, dirtiest, scariest six-legged creatures! Living specimens include Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches and Mealworms! Children will have the opportunity to observe and play with plastic replicas of insects in order to learn about their body parts.

Make sure you also check out Water Table World, Dissassembly Lab and the Fun Forest!
