About this activity

Are you excited to visit the LARGEST zoo in Nevada? Not only that, you will be visiting the ONLY zoo in Northern Nevada - now THAT is impressive!

Sierra Exotic Animal Park is where you can have that WILD family day out, and spend your time together with some of the most beautiful creatures across the globe.

There are over 200 animals within the enclosures, with over 40 species represented. It's a place where kids can not only have face to face experiences with some of their favorites, but they can also learn all about these amazing creatures, their habits and their habitats.

Kids, you might also come across some species you have never heard of before! Have you ever heard of a Cavie?

Sierra Exotic Animal Park has SIX kids of monkeys (so if you love those playful chimps, you are in luck!), and EIGHT kinds of wild cats! From tigers to lions, it makes for an unforgettable experience for kids.

They have fun events for the family too across the year, including the Toys for Tots event that raises toys for those less fortunate across the holiday season!

So why not choose to spend your next family day out with some of the planet's weird and wonderful species - they will be happy to meet you!
