What is there to do?

Sedona is a fascinating part of the USA, and if you visit, a trip to the Sedona Heritage Museum is a must.

The Sedona Heritage Museum was once a homestead for the Jordan Family and is now, alongside the Sedona Historical Society, it offers a place for families just like yours to learn all about the ever-growing history!

What's great about the museum is there are collections that rotate throughout the year, so you always have an excuse to head back again and again!

Maybe one visit you'll explore the various wedding dresses popular in Sedona in the 19th century. Perhaps you'll be learning about the history of the automobile within the town.

A must see during your visit to the Sedona Heritage Museum is the Telegraph Office

Built about 100 years ago, it used to serve as a railroad depot in Winona, AZ.

Then, it found a new life as a movie set location when many Westerns filmed were in the aera. Almost 100 movies were filmed in Sedona - most during the Golden Age of Western films in the 1940s and '50s.

Now gifted to the museum, it's now been restored to it's film days glory and ready to tell you it's story!
