Housed in the former Chicago & Northwestern Railway depot, the Railroad Memories Museum features exhibits that well - honor and display memories from railroad history! The museum is jam packed with artifacts and memorabilia showcasing railroad history, and is actually staff by retired railroaders and volunteers, so if you have any questions, you're in great hands!
The Railroad Memories Museum features 12 rooms that can transport you back to the past as you explore rare uniforms, and antique bells and whistles, and even tools! There are historic books, plus vintage train interiors, and the exhibits even feature lanterns, signals, and lots more that bring the history back to life.
All aboard kids, it's time to actually come face to face with history, and explore the rich heritage of the railroad - and just think - without the railroad, how would you travel around this amazing country?
