Where are we going today?

Explore that big universe of ours at the Planetarium at UT Arlington! It's a great and fun way for the whole family to explore that great thing above us called SPACE!

The Planetarium at UT Arlington has great live stargazing, as well as prerecorded programs - all year round!

The programs can be enjoyed on their state-of-the-art 60ft dome screen - it might even make you feel like you are in space already! This immersive space theatre lets you enjoy their one hour show, which consists of about 30 minutes of stargazing which is presented by a real life space scientist, as well as 30 minutes of pre-recorded video.

The shows cover a whole range of topics, so make sure you check them out and pick the one that calls to you the most! You can take a journey into the mystery of the black holes, and learn all about them, and try and help figure out where they might lead!

Dynamic Earth let's kids explore the inner workings of the planet's climate, and the very kid friendly Secret of the Cardboard Rocket lets you follow two children on a magical journey through the Solar System!

The friendly scientists will be there to help answer any questions you may have too, so it really is an amazing learning experience for the kids!

We hope you have your imaginations dusted off and ready to explore, because it's time we all got in our family day out rocket and headed off into space!
