History comes to life at Old Alabama Town, where kids can feel like they are actually walking back in time!
Old Alabama Town in Montgomery is a fascinating collection of authentically restored 19th and 20th century structures, where you can actually SEE what life would have been like all those years ago!
This historic Alabama day out is where families and kids of all ages can have fun learning all about the history of Central Alabama, as well as the architecture and lifestyles of the 19th and 20th centuries.
Your ticket price can get you the self-guided tour option, but if you want to enjoy a guided tour at an additional cost, you can book at Guided Ordeman Complex Tour, which run Thursday to Saturday 11am and 1pm. You just meet your guide at Lucas Cavern!
For over 50 years Old Alabama Town has been sharing the history with curious folk, so why not join them in your next family day out!
There are some really beautiful buildings and architectural structures to marvel at, and it's always fun for kids to imagine what life would have been like if THEY had lived in the 1800s and 1900s! (We bet it would have been pretty different to what you know now!)
So spend some time in this historic attraction - it's a great opportunity to chat with kids about history!
