The Museum of Arts and Sciences (MOAS) is the primary art, history and science museum in Central Florida, and it's a great place to visit with the family!

The 86,000 sq ft museum is located on a 90-acre Florida preserve, and is home to over 30,000 objects, including the most complete Giant Ground Sloth Skeleton in North America AND the largest permanent exhibition of Cuban art outside of Cuba - now THAT is impressive! Keen to explore more?

Well, also on display is Coca-Cola entrepreneur Chapman Root's lifetime collection of Americana, including two private rail cars, and some great Cuban art that will surely inspire.

You also get the Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art, which is home to the largest collection Florida art in the WORLD!

What if we told you that the Museum of Arts and Sciences also had an entire children's museum within the main museum?

Located in its own wing, the 9,300 sq ft addition is the home to interactive exhibits that demonstrate a number of principles related to science, including a rare track, video light microscope, and a make-believe pizza parlor!

Make sure you make a stop at check out a planetarium show as one is included in your admission. it makes sense to just travel into space on your family day out, because - why not?

A day of wonder, discovery, science, learning, and most of all PLAY at this popular (and HUGE!) Daytona Beach museum!
