The museum show the events just as they were, without embellishment or revisionism. During your time at the museum you will see numerous artifacts and displays all portraying the war and home life in the South during that time.
Not only can you learn about the history, but importantly the museum preserves the memory and heritage of the 250,000 brave Confederate soldiers who gave their lives during the War Between the States. In fact, the Museum and Library of Confederate History honors all those who serves the cause of the Confederate States of America, as well as preserving the cultural heritage and artifacts of the South.
