Here is a VERY cool fun fact. Did you know, that Moaning Cavern actually has a vertical chamber SO big, that it could actually hold the ENTIRE Statue of Liberty? How amazing is that!
That vertical chamber is actually the largest public cavern that you will find in the entire state of California.
Moaning Cavern Adventure Park is home to, of course, Moaning Cavern, where you can enjoy some pretty challenging and adventurous experiences!
How about we start with the Walk Tours? These are perfect for the entire family, and last around 45 minutes. These are tours are professionally guided tours, and will take you through incredible, well-lit passages that were all created millions of years ago!
After you descend down 235 stairs, you will be 165 feet below the surface of the earth. Pretty amazing! Here, you will find out all about the excavations that occurred that revealed bones of pre-historic people who had actually fallen into the caverns thousands of years ago!
The guides will also explain all about the history of the caverns, as well as the geology. What better place to learn all about the cavern than actually IN the Moaning Cavern!
