Life's a roller coaster, so let's enjoy the ride! Certainly when you visit Lakeside Amusement Park in Colorado there are LOTS of rides for you to be enjoying!

Located in Denver, the park is located right on the edge of a very picturesque lake, as well as giving you mountain views - so you have plenty to look at when you are high up on those rides!

There are a whole range of rides great for kids (and adults!) of all ages, so there will always be something for you. For those little ones there are milder rides such as the sweet Merry-Go-Round, as well as the choo choo Train. 

For families there are the always popular Bumper Cars and Bumper Boats, and even Go-Karts. Nothing like a bit of friendly competition!

And of course, for those thrill seekers there are those bigger rides, like the Zoom, Chipmunk and Cyclone Coaster. Want some hints about what they are? Well, the involve lots of zooms, lots of turns and twists, and one very big DROP!

There are also a huge selection of those great carnival spinning rides, like the gravity challenged Round Up, and the Hurricane and yep - the Spider is there too!

Whilst the big kids enjoy those rides, the smaller ones can watch from their very own kiddie playground. 

So if you are looking for that little bit of laughter, adrenaline and family fun, then head on over to Denver and get started at the Lakeside Amusement Park. These rides won’t ride themselves!

I’m Hungry! Can I get food at Lakeside Amusement Park?

Picnics are always welcome, so why not pack a tasty lunch and some snacks for yourselves! No BBQ grills allowed though.

Any top tips when visiting?

The park are happy to have birthday parties celebrate. There is no set birthday party package, but you can arrange 3 days in advance to pick up all the tickets.

Teachers corner

Always a great excursion for the physics class, the park also have summer camps!

Does Lakeside Amusement Park have healthy eating or Vegan options?

As you are able to bring your own food, try and bring plenty of water as well as healthy snacks as this will let you keep going for longer!

Is Lakeside Amusement Park fully accessible?
