Zoos are great places to visit, but did you know there are places across the USA where there is a much more special backstory to the animals?
If you visit Keepers of the Wild Nature Park, you will understand why! This special animal sanctuary is a non-profit, that is home to over 140 indigenous and exotic animals. Each of these animals were rescued, surrendered by an owner, or placed by other welfare agencies.
Kids - that means that the animals at the Keepers of the Wild Nature Park have been rescued, and are now happy in their new home while they are rehabilitated. Some were abused, some were neglected, and some were abandoned. Lucky for you - they have been looked after and you can go and visit them now in their new lives!
A trip to this nature park is a great learning experience for the kids. They can learn all about the animals themselves - their habits and habitats, as well as their story before arriving in the park. It's an invaluable lesson for kids where they can understand why we need to care for these amazing creatures on our planet!
The nature park has a wide variety of species that you can get up close to. You can come face to face with tigers, jaguars, lions, wolves, and even leopards.
You know what else is great about a visit to the Keepers of the Wild Nature Park? All of your admission fees and purchases go directly back to helping the animals - so kids - YOU are doing just a great a job looking after the animals as the staff are!
Enjoy an animal adventure with a difference at this meaningful Arizona nature park. You never know the friends you might make!
