The tour is first hand learning that includes a number of visual methods that will keep those kids entertained throughout. You also get to learn all the fun little known facts about the product, like what makes a great chipping potato, and how tortilla chips get their seasoning!
Before each tour, you get the inside scoop on the history of Herr's, so it can set the scene of what you are about the enjoy.
Tours last around an hour but may vary as they work around live manufacturing and production schedules will dictate some elements. Kids will love seeing the huge machines that make the little differences and learning about their favourite treats!
Once you've finished your tour, you can stop by the gift shop and pick up some Herr's products that were made in the very place you just explored!

You need to book your tour, so when you arrange, indicate the time of day (on the hour) that you want to take your tour.

The tours are handicap accessible, but let them know in advance of the special needs of your group so that they can best accommodate you.
Please wear flat rubber soled shoes. This is a walking tour. There are no seating areas along the tour route. During your tour you will walk outdoors between 3 different buildings. Please feel free to bring rain gear along. In the event of a thunderstorm, tours may be interrupted.
