Falls Park on the Reedy features beautiful waterfalls, inviting trails, hidden gardens, and that famous Liberty Bridge.
Located in downtown Greenville's Historic West End, it's considered one of the towns greatest treasures. It really is an oasis in the city! It's where families can meet up, enjoy time together, celebrate life, and just enjoy the multi-use facilities that it offers.
Throughout the park kids can spot several public art sculptures, plus plenty of space to play traditional family games and multi use accessible paths are available for hiking, biking and other non-motorised transport.
With 20 acres of gardens within Falls Park on the Reedy, kids can also marvel at the amazing colors and scents all around them.
Guided tours are available if you want to know more about the park, or you can simply make your way to The Liberty Bridge. This unique bridge showcases the 28ft Reedy River Falls, which is also the site of where Greenville's FIRST European settler - a man named Richard Pearis - established his trading post ALL the way back in 1768. So you see, you are surrounded by history, and learning about it already!
