Devil’s Lake State Park is an incredibly beautiful section of the United States! In fact, this truly special state park is Wisconsin's most popular state park, and when you visit, you'll see why!
Devil's Lake State Park is located along the Ice Age National Scenic Trail, which is impressive in itself. From here, you can enjoy stunning views from breakthtaking 500-foot quartzite bluffs which offer mindblowing views over the 360-acre lake.
Adventure loving families can enjoy a host of activities across the park's 10,000 acres, with nearly 30 miles of hiking trails, as well as charming lakeshore picnic areas, plenty swimming beaches complete with paddling opportunities, and year-round naturalist programs.
It's worth starting your state park visit at the Devil’s Lake Nature Center. This is a great jumping off points for finding out what there is to do within the park, and the safe ways to enjoy the activities. You'll find plenty of family activities, as well as fun learning programs and more.
Then, you can get stuck into the amazing array of activities including boat rentals, rock climbing, bird watching and more.
It's worth exploring the nearby town of Baraboo, as there are a number of fun things to do with the family!
