Dallas Zoo is 95 acres of animal fun! Not only do they have animals from all around the world that you can visit, encounters and learn about, but they have a host of amazing exhibits and experiences ready to be enjoyed by families just like you! During your time at Dallas Zoo, it will feel like you are traveling the world without even leaving Texas! Immerse yourself in the African savanna, get lost in the South American rain forests, or explore the Outback of Australia! And the great thing is they have brought all the animals to you! The zoo is great for kids who can encounter animals they might not have ever heard of, see their favorites, and also learn all about their habits and habitats as they wander round the enclosures. Enjoy some self-exploration on the Gorilla Trail, or visit the Lacerte Family Children's Zoo which is ideal for kids of all ages.  And those experiences we mentioned? Well, how do you feel about feeding birds by hand in the Travis & Zach's bird landing, or actually feeding giraffes in the Giants of the Savanna experience? If you can't get enough of learning, you can check out the free daily bird shows, or for something different why not try out the fun Endangered Species Carousel? There's always time for a ride on a carousel! Keep an eye out for some exhibits that are always changing at Dallas Zoo.
