It's all about a day of PLAY at the Children's Museum of Idaho, where kids can learn through play, exploration and discovery across the many experiences and environments that can be found within this fun museum for kids aged 2 to 8 years.
The interactive exhibits have all been designed to be used and explored by children, and guided by adults, so it's a complete hands-on approach for the whole family!
Kids can learn through purposeful play as they enjoy the dynamic hands-on unstructured educational experiences, and surround themselves in an enriching atmosphere, regardless of background, and develop those key skills they need later on in life!
Check out the many events the museum hosts a month too, offering special sessions from crafts, to talks, to sensory friendly afternoons, and even how to make healthy snacks!
What's also great about the Children's Museum of Idaho is that they have created an unplugged zone where phones and electronic devices are discouraged, allowing kids to do what they do best - just use those imaginations, discover new and exciting things, and just well, be kids!
Grab something to eat in the area before or after your visit, there are plenty of options!
Check the monthly calendar of events before you go, so you can play your day around them!
