Who loves animals!? We certainly do! We love the cute sounds the piglets make when they run, and we love the little noses on the baby goats (here's a fact - a baby goat is called a Kid!) - and at Busy Barns Adventure Farm you can spend the day playing with all the cute farm yard animals!
Not only are there super adorable animals to hang out with, there is a corn box to play in, why not jump and climb in the hay now, race your friends through a fun obstacle course, take a fun trip on a hayride, or even dare to take on the 20 foot tunnel slides! We certainly wouldn't! But we're not as brave as you...
There are entertaining daily puppet shows, great animal demonstrations and sway on the pony swings!
Every spring the farm welcomes new baby animals that have been born as well as fun spring events including the very fun Easter Egg hunt! (If you collect 12 eggs you receive a bag full of goodies! But don't let them know we told you!)
Come Fall you can enjoy their trivia corn maze or u-pick pumpkin patch, as well as the Harvest Farmer's Market, rodeo roping, tractors, face painting, bouncing horses....so much to see and do!
It's a beautiful time to get out with the animals and farms with the entire family - there is something for every age.
Did we mention there are BABY ANIMALS!?
The animals are waiting for you! Just head to W7675 US Hwy 12, in Fort Atkinson. The farm itself is about 3 miles west of Fort Atkinson.Get directions
Every year the farm hold the Fort Farm Challenge for charity. It's a full day of games, races, dancing and lots of fun! 100% of your admission is donated!
There is a super tasty feedbag where you can feast your tummies on caramel apple sundaes, popcorn, chili, hotdogs, sandwiches, hot cider and much more! The good thing is, all proceeds benefit the local FFA Alumni so it's for a good cause!
The farm unfortunately isn't the best place for pets, so best they stay at home. And make sure you dress for the weather!
If you visit the Harvest Farmer's Market in the fall you can take home great items such as tasty pumpkins, yummy squash, gourds, fall decor, fun T-shirts and lots more.
The farm is a great way for kids to learn about animals and agriculture. They have specially designed self-guided field trips so you can choose how long the students spend at each of the many farm activities. K-5th have a scheduled hayride, as well as a 30 minute structured educational program.
There are preschool and daycare trips, as well as homeschooling options.
The farm is handicap accessible, as well as offering handicap port-a-potties. The hay wagon is even equipped with a ramp so every one can have a great time!
