About Rednock Trekking

Rednock Trekking is a scenic working hill farm with plenty to do for the whol family. The site is home to a medieval castle and they've been hosting pony trekking and other activities for over 22 years.

The main activity is pony trekking where families and groups can enjoy the countryside from the horse and ponies! You'll be supervised by the experienced and helpful staff at all times and they cater for anyone over the age of four.

You don't need any experience and you'll be matched to your pony and horse depending on your abilities and weight and height.

They also offer riding lessons where they'll teach children the basics of riding. It will help them to gain skills, build confidence and learn to be a competent horse rider!

On Saturdays they have their popular pony club. It's a must if your child would love their own pony as they'll get the experience in grooming, riding and stable management. As well as learning lots about the animal too!

If you don't want to ride a horse, they also offer segway trekking for those over ten years old. You'll have a practice indoor and then venture out into the countryside!

For the little ones they have quad pods where children can travel over the farm, through water and meet the farm animals along the way. There's an indoor play barn too if the weather takes a turn for the worst!
