About this activity

Heartlands Cornwall is a 19-acre Cornish mining heritage site which is nestled just off the A30 at Pool, Redruth, in the mining heart of Cornwall. Heartlands is a family-friendly fun-filled attraction suitable for everyone of all ages. They have a bit of everything for the family to enjoy on their next day out. Heartlands is a place that promotes education, exploration, fun and last but not least a relaxing atmosphere.

They offer a number of unique experiences that you will struggle to find elsewhere. Why not give the mining museum a try? It will act as a gateway into another time when Cornwall was at the leading edge of the precious metal industry and Cornishmen were at the forefront of mining tin. With exhibits changing all the time, you can be sure that there will be endless learning. As well as the museums they have their very own gardens and a giant adventure play park for the kids to run wild! Make sure to try out the gardens and park as they are totally free!

The fun doesn't stop there as heartlands is host to many events year round such as Cornwall's strongest man competition, the '80s vs '90s night, fundraisers and much much more. As well as being host to some of the most exciting events in the area heartlands offers more intimate affairs such as weddings and private parties, just have a look on their website or give them a call.
