Florence Court

Florence Court is an 18th century home set on a sustainable estate and gardens. It's surrounded by parklands and woodlands with a beautiful backdrop of Benaughlin mountain. There's something for everyone to enjoy! 

Wander through the woodlands, spot ancient trees and discover the historic old buildings including the Blacksmith's Forge, Carpenter's workshop and Sawmill. On your way round, try and spot the 250 year old Irish Yew Tree! There are miles of footpaths and trails to explore, with historic features and views. 

The estate is a great for cycling too! With lots fo wide paths of all terrains and ablities. You can take your bike around the blue trail around the plasure grounds or if you're looking for a challenge head out on the red trail with sweeping hills and downhill stretches. 

You can hire bikes from the visitor centre for half a day or a full day too! 

Take a walk around the historic walled garden which was designed in the 18th century and stroll through the Irish apple orchard with over 40 apple varieties! 

The Kitchen Garden produces a range of seasonal produce and some unusual ones too! 

The Summer House provides some of the best views of the mountain and there's a second-hand bookshop too with lots of hidden gems to find inside!
