About Castlerea Railway Museum

Castlerea Railway Museum hosts a vast collection of rail memorabilia celebrating the history of all things rail in Ireland. They have the largest collection in Ireland and work to preserve and promote the importance of it to all visitors that pay the museum a visit.

The collection tells the story of the development and importance of the railway system in Ireland.
