It’s seen better days! Took the kids there last week. Tatty equipment. Old warehouse with a depressing atmosphere. Noisy fan. Never again. Wife said there are better places. Wish I could give a better review.

The Fun Factory recently (Sept. 2010) moved to Fyshwick. Thinking this might have new management and therefore more money thrown at it for improvements, we were bitterly disappointed. It is the same old, tired and torn equipment being used in, what can only be called a distribution warehouse. At $8.50 it is expensive to get in and the coffee didn’t even taste like coffee and was undrinkable. There are only two toilet and a puddle in front of them which the 3 staff members couldn’t be bothered to clear up – just put a ‘cleaning in progress’ sign next to it – which meant that all the children who needed to go to the toilet got their socks wet. A depressing and totally underwhelming experience.

I recently had a party at The Fun Factory for my 6 year old son. The Party was fantastic we choose to have the motor bike which was excellent for my son as he loves motor bikes. The food was great and the party host was fantastic, she was always interacting with the children. When booking this party i found that The Fun Factory offered the cheapest party’s in Canberra so i was a little hesitant, but after having the party i was very impressed and would recommend it to anyone. Partys start from just $16 per head, which is very cheap compared to other play centres.
