The Old Log Church Museum was built in 1900 (that's over a century ago!) and now is filled with exhibits and interactive displays which tell the stories all about the early days of the explorers, whalers, missionaries and Yukon First Nations.
The museum has an impressive collection of artifacts, which even include a unique collection of Inuvaluit articles from Herschel Island. It's where kids can learn all about the conviction, spirit, and determination that the men and women had who helped shape Yukon's history.
Numerous historic photographs add to the experience which give kids and families a great means to learn all about the early contact between the Yukon First Nations and the Europeans.
