Montreal Biodome is one of Montreal's and Canada's leading tourist destinations, and one of Canada's must-see destinations.
There's only one spot in Canada where you can see all five of the Americas' ecosystems firsthand: the Biodome. It's one of Montreal's most popular tourist destinations.
Montréal Space for Life is the biggest natural science museum complex in Canada, and the Biodome is a part of it. Biodome, the Insectarium, the Biosphere, Montreal's Botanical Garden, and the Rio Tinto Alcan Planetarium are all located here. Biodome refers to 'house of life' and is a one-of-a-kind complex in Montreal. It includes five ecosystems, particularly because the attraction was significantly renovated prior to its reopening in 2020. The revitalized and revamped space now provides a more multisensory and immersive experience.

The Biodome, the Insectarium, the Biosphere, Montreal's Botanical Garden, and the Rio Tinto Alcan Planetarium are all located here. Biodome is translated as 'house of life,' and this establishment will undoubtedly give you a lot of it. Before it reopened in 2020, the Biodome underwent a significant overhaul. It now includes five ecosystems, all of which are home to an abundance of life. The multisensory and immersive ambience has been enhanced.
The Biodome is so beloved that if you mention you're thinking of going aloud while riding the Metro, more than one friendly local is apt to tell you how fantastic it is. Part zoo, part aquarium, part research facility, the Biodome presents four ecosystems that you walk through on a paved path. Spot golden lion tamarin and capybara in the tropical forest; beaver, porcupines, and Canadian lynx in the Laurentian Forest; determined duck that dive downward into the water and shoot back up to the surface in the St. Lawrence Marine Ecosystem; and noisy penguin, puffins, and marres in the Polar Region.
