This has got to be the best value ever. For $4 i was expecting a small junky playground. It is actually a real full sized facility. My only complaint is parking- because its located inside a hockey rink (teams took all the close parking). We had to park way upstairs, walk past a bunch of teenagers just to enter a cold rink.

The price is great but thats where the positives stop. On a cold rainy afternoon they allow ONE familly to be greedy and book the entire place for a birthday party. What kind of person needs to keep other peoples kids out when they offer divided party rooms.Greedy bastards

Captain kids is great for the kids on a rainy day and lets them release some energy and get exercise. Good value.

Smelled like a hockey glove inside and was really cold. Although the cold part was good once my son got running around BUT the hockey glove smell never really went away,

We bought our tickets at Captain Kids, then did a quick washroom trip. I have 3-year-old twins, a boy and a girl. The Xlerator hand dryers were so loud and terrifying, like jet engines, that my son screamed and refused to sit on the toilet. I yelled to the people using the dryers to lower their hands, but they couldn’t hear me above the noise. We went back into Captain Kids, and my son clutched himself at the front because he still had to go. The washrooms are very far away from the play area, for 3-year-olds, anyway. I tried to get a refund from the front desk on the way out, but the employee there didn’t know how, so she gave me vouchures instead.Back in the washroom, the jet engine hand dryers were going again, and my son peed his pants in fright.Am I the only one who has problems with these dryers? They have no place in washrooms for kids.
