Steven Ling 2 years ago 0.0 Your rating: It was a very regretful experiences to stay in this hotel. The hotel staffs are very unfriendly and never put the customers in the first place. I booked the hotel for 4 nights. After staying for 2 nights, I decided to checked out earlier and asked for the refund (the balance 2 nights) from the hotel. I asked one of the hotel staff whether I can get the refund if I checked out earlier, and the answer is “yes”.When I checked out on the third morning, the hotel staff (different person) told me that they can’t refund my money because I was booking through online. They insisted charging the full amount on my credit card. So, be careful when you want to book this hotel online, they apply non-refundable policy to their customers.As a customer point of view, I strongly feel that if I did not use the services (stay in the hotel), they should not charge me the full amount. Think twice before you want to book this hotel.
