Stayed here twice – February 2013 and March 2014. I’ve been to several B&B’s, and this is by far the best I’ve had anywhere. Gerald and Jenafor go FAR out of their way to help you maximize your stay in Churchill. What’s more, they really treat you like part of the family in every way. They love to show you around their town, and help you photograph northern lights and whatever other experience you may want. They sometimes provide more food than just breakfast, though you probably shouldn’t count on that. They talk openly about the struggles of life in Churchill. Their polar bear pancake breakfasts are really neat!Their dogsled tours are also awesome. They treat their dogs well and it shows. The dogs love taking the runs.Any gripes? Maybe the house itself. While certainly adequate, the spaces are a bit small – the common area, the stairway (pretty narrow), the upstairs bathroom (you can bump your head in there if you’re not careful….I did at least twice), the bedrooms (not bad, but a little tight if you’re like me and leave your suitcase on the floor and live out of it). But who cares? The owners are what make or break a B&B and they pass with flying colors. They also said they’re going to put in an addition, which will probably help some.Bottom line: If I return to Churchill, I will DEFINITELY stay with them again.
