Highly disappointed and very angry after experience. We arrived with a pre paid skip the line voucher ( had to pay extra $ ) with the voucher stating to line up in the 3rd queue. Outside was not marked and people mingled in a confused manor, finally we found a poster stating where queue 3 was, only to find out later it was the wrong one.

Finally we got to get out tickets by queuing again ( so much for skip the queue) only to be told to walk around the corner, and to find ourselves outside where we had to queue again. By now we were very...Read More

    Like being tortured
Horribly hot and crowded. Nowhere to rest, sit down, eat or drink. Shuffled past dummies, some great, some ridiculously bad (2 of David Beckham, neither realistic) . Can't go back and see any again. Few toilets. Then made to wait 50 minutes in hot, packed in, space to see the film. Daughter nearly vomited - only sustinence £2 water and £1 crisps. Film was good. Don't do it to yourself. Try and meet some real famous people, a photo of a waxwork is just depressing.

We visited as a family group of 15 of various ages with Harry Shaw coaches. Our youngest being 8 and the oldest being 75 this attraction had something for all of us and I we all had a very enjoyable couple of hours.
Our eldest member has some mobility difficulties and from the moment we arrived the staff were on to her like a shot, they escorted her to the lifts and on every floor waited patiently to escort her to the next level they really could not do enough to help and it was all done in a positive courteous manner.
    I suggest this attraction...Read More

It's a once in the life time - not the opportunity but rather in the sense that it's not worth visiting it twice. No matter how long the queue, staff is well organised and the wait isn't that long.

By now we were very pissed off and angry at having to keep queuing, basically Skip the line means nothing, and paying the extra was useless. Inside was very crowded ( as to be expected considering its a tourist attraction) but the lack of wax figurines was disappointing, we were expecting many more. overall we didn't enjoy ourselves and felt the money and time spent was a giant waste.
