Are you ready for an adventure? Sorry, we don't think we can hear you. Are you ready for an ADVENTURE!? And when we say "adventure", we mean Bear Grylls style!
It's at Birmingham's exciting and thrilling Bear Grylls Adventure Centre where kids and adults alike can take part in some pretty challenging activities, that will really test you to your limits!
Have you ever fancied skydiving? You can enjoy that same feeling at iFLY! You can take to the High Ropes and try and complete the various courses that will keep you on your toes, or you might like to channel your inner medieval knight with some archery!
The family can work together to find clues and solve puzzles at the Escape Rooms, or show off your marksman skills in the shooting range!
Climb to new heights on the rock climbing course, or make a splash as you snorkel OR even dive with sharks! Yes, you read that right!
No matter which experience you choose, there are Adventure Guides ready to help and inspire you, as well as encourage and support you through each and every step of your journey. So why not push yourselves to your limits and reach new achievements with each experience!

You can find The Bear Grylls Adventure at the National Exhibition Centre. It is located just off the M42 at Junction 6.
Please use postcode B40 1NT to find The Bear Grylls Adventure's car park at NEC Car Park East 5. Park through the barriers to the right hand side of the car park. Or, using what3words, the entrance to the car park is ///letter.rapid.almost
The Bear Grylls Adventure car park is found at NEC Car Park East 5. Please validate your yellow token at the attraction to make use of the reduced car parking fee.

The Bear Grylls Adventure Centre FAQ’s
All those challenges can make for some very hungry adventurers! Within the centre you'll find a wide selection of food and drinks including pizza, sandwiches, salads and a selection of hot and cold beverages!
It's a good idea to arrive 30 minutes before your first activity start time!
There of course is a gift shop! Stop by the Bear Grylls Adventure shop and pick up t-shirts, pin badges, key rings, magnets, hoodies, Bear Grylls books, adventure equipments and more!
They do have a range of gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan choices available.
The Bear Grylls Adventure has step-free access throughout, and is wheelchair accessible.
They do their very best to accommodate adventurers of all ability levels. To qualify for a free carer ticket, you must provide proof of your disability and pre-book it with us 4 weeks in advance of your visit.
If you have any friends or family who want to watch but not participate, Attraction Visitors are free of charge. Just let the team know on the day that you have spectators with you!
