Winston Salem Symphony

Winston has several cultural activities geared towards children. Plenty of concerts for children in the Discovery Concert series. Various composers have performed at this venue such as Tchaikovsky. Arcadia is a suburb neighbourhood well located and only moments away from downtown and next to the interstate. Arcadia is home to some great places to visit with kids, Slappy’s Chicken is a top favourite restaurant for families with children. If you fancy a nice chillout area try the Southside Beer Garden which is a hidden gem and was first established in 2017. Proving lots of local draft beers and food trucks selling delicious delights for children.

Ardmore

This neighbourhood is very welcoming and has lots of parks for children to walk and play in. Located nearby the Wake Forest park offers a lovely area to walk with the little ones and enjoy a picnic. 

Madison

Madison is a fantastic place to visit with kids due to the number of attractions, museums, and zoos. You can enjoy all year round the beautiful nature spots, lakes, and parks. There is so much to do in Madison such as the Wisconsin State Capitol which is a 5-acre complex that houses the state legislature.

Madison is well-known for its architecture so be sure to visit the granite capitol building and teach your kids all about history.
