About this activity

Underwood Family Farm Somis gives you that charming family farm fun that we KNOW you love!

The Animal Center is always the most popular stop at this California farm. Here, kids can have a great time visiting the animals, from sheep, chickens, alapacs, to even those cheeky pygmy goats!

Surrounded by citrus trees, and fresh grass and picnic tables, it's the perfect place for the family to relax, whilst kids have a ton of fun! In addition to the animals, there is a sandbox and wooden fire truck that they can enjoy.

All of the animals have names, so why not say hello to them! Keep an eye up above for the little goats - they love to climb so on the ground might not be where you need to look for them!

Kids will be astonished by the custom 'mountain' built for the crazy goats who love to climb, a precarious looking overhead arrangement that makes for giggly children and great photos!

Also at Underwood Family Farm Somis, from April to mid-June you can pick your own berries! From strawberries, to blueberries and of course raspberries and blackberries, just grab a container, and spend some time picking up filling for that delicious pie that kids might make the parents that night...isn't that right, kids!

The Farm Market is also a great place to stop, as it's filled with vegetables, fresh fruits, and even gifts.

A great day out in California for that charming farm experience with the family. Don't forget your camera because the animals love to smile!
