BIRTHDAY PARTY ADVICE: Overall the kids love it and was very enjoyable. The front seems to be slightly disorganized but our hostess was awesome for our birthday party. They let you know in advance that you need to fill out a waiver and you can do this online. There is also an instructional video about safety etc. It is on the pricey side but maybe worth it due to being something different for a birthday party. I would tell the people who you are invited to come that it is 30 minutes before it actually starts. So for example if the birthday party starts at 12pm just tell everyone it starts at 11:30am. It will easily take this 30 minutes for everybody to get organize, watch the instruction video etc. You only have 70 minutes for jump time and the clock starts immediately when you schedule your party to begin, not a minute later or when you tell them you are ready. So if your kids are watching the instruction video when you told them the party starts at 12am then they are losing jump time.

this place sucks its to expensive the waiver asks for to much info , their dirty , theirs literally dust everywhere , their staff is rude . also their liars the video says you can jump with someone on the same trampoline as long as your the same height and one of the employees told me the boss told them to tell me i miss understood , i saw the video 3 times and so did my friends . the lay with the head dress is rude as hell . i honestly would never go back again save money and go to monkey joes , if money is no issue for you go to hukoos family fun , they have everything .

The trampoline park itself is very fun (My niece and nephew visited it this week.) However, I would not go there again, and here is why.The company requires so much damn identification (Drivers license, birth certificate, home information, you name it), and they all stick it into their database. All of your personal data (Phone number, address, date of birth – the whole nine yards), and they didn’t mention it on the flyer that I got at a hotel. This is very annoying, and I do not feel comfortable with giving away all of my personal information (How do I know they aren’t going to sell it to a 3rd party without my consent?) And after the malware incident with Target, I’ve been holding onto my personal data closely.Again, the park itself is fun, but the hassle of going through their waiver process really sapped the energy from me, and I would not come here again.

Save your money and go to Monkey Joes, it’s a better value. I recently had my son’s 3rd birthday there. On top of the base party fee, they charge you for just about everything. Balloons: Extra Charge, Parents want to jump with their kids, $14 extra per person, etc. On top of that, I found the party host to be very inattentive; frankly, the only think the party host was on top of was making sure I paid my bill before I left. With that said, the kids liked the bouncing for the first hour. After that all they wanted to do was play video games, but be ready to pull out your wallet for that as well.
