The Buffalo and Erie Country Naval and Military Park is ALL about giving kids a chance to really get up close with the USA Naval history, and really gain an understanding and appreciate of the US Armed Forces.

There are a host of exhibit within this naval and military park that will really give kids an experience they won't forget in a long time! 

In fact, it's the LARGEST inland naval park in the entire USA! Now THAT is impressive!

Kids can see real life exhibits, and see what life really would have been like for those that served. They can see the Destroyer USS The Sullivans, as well as the Guided Missile Cruiser USS Little Rock.

Have you ever been face to face with a real life WWII submarine? You can now when you see the USS Croaker! A fascinating experience!

The park also features and outdoor area, as well as the museum building indoors. Here, you can see a number of artifacts that all relate to the numerous branches of the Armed Forces. 

Galleries range from things like Women In The Military and Model Military Aircraft displays, which are suitable to all ages to sterner stuff like the collections of POW possessions. 

You can see models of military vehicles, and even see displays on the US Cold War and WWII. 

Other vehicles on display include military helicopters, a tank, armed personnel carrier, several jets and a patrol boat, so there is plenty to occupy the younger crowd's attention if you're keeping it light.

An eye opening and fascinating experience at this New York State naval park - learning has never been so fun!
