She was extremely rude and abrupt to handle any questions and conversations. I have found that almost any phone operator in most of the offices is extremely rude, impatient, and disrespectful. They also lack the ability to return phone calls and/or be present during their “business hours”. As for the education received at this institute it must be okay seeing that my mother graduated from there and both my brothers have taken classes there. However, I do hope that CCM directors and founders deem that finding better staff for their offices is as important as the professors and curriculum they have.***I encourage you all to write reviews about your experiences with the individuals who work in the offices as I know it is not the first time someone complains about it.
