Activities include sailing jaunts on the Schooner Ardelle, or lobstering at the Wetsern Edge.
Those arriving on Cape Ann via Route 128 can exit at the Grant Circle Rotary, or at the end of Route 128 (Eastern Avenue Traffic Lights), and head to Harbor Loop and Maritime Gloucester.

Seasonally, they provide field study programs at local coastal habitat areas and on historic Gloucester Harbor aboard their fully equipped vessel the Schooner Ardelle. All of their programming units are designed around hands-on, place based activities and are linked directly to the K-12 Massachusetts State STEM and History Frameworks.
