What is there to do?

Formerly The Children's Museum of Winston Salem, Kaleideum Downtown welcomes families to come and play!

This fun children's museum is filled with exhibits where kids can enjoy interactive playtime, that also educates and encourages development.

How about going back in time to when cell phones or video games didn't exist? Toy Time is where kids can experience just that! They can tumble, slide, rock, spin, dance and so much more, and play just like kids should!

There's an Amazing Library filled with child-sized tables and seating to snuggle up with a book. Active kids will gravitate towards the Climbing Lobby where they can scramble and crawl over wavy platforms as they are checked into the museum.

Enchanted Forest anyone? Here kids can immerse themselves in a world of folklore, fantasy and fairy tales, and experience first hand their favorite nursery rhymes!

Future thespians can show off their talents at the Prop Shop where they can experience "backstage" of a theater. Here they can use real tools and materials to create their own puppets, costumes and set pieces!

Kids can shop in the supermarket, enjoy working on a doughnut factory line, and even express themselves in the Art Studio and create masterpieces!

It's a day of learning, play and discovery at Kaleideum Downtown, so what are you waiting for? It's time to enjoy being a kid!
