What is there to do?

Kids who love animals love going to zoos, where they can learn all about them, but then you get a place that has a special story behind it - and this place is In Sync Exotics in Texas.

In Sync Exotics are dedicated to rescuing neglected, unwanted and abused exotic cats. This non-profit organization was founded by Vicky Keahey, who started the center with Tahoe, the cougar. From there, more and more creatures joined, and now families just like you can go and experience them too!

It's a wonderful experience for kids, because not only do they get to come face to face with some of the most beautiful creatures from around the world, but they get to learn the importance of caring for animals.

They can learn all about the stories of the animals, and their names, and really connect with them.

So why not head out on one of their self-guided tours! On weekends, there are a number of volunteers to answer any questions, but you can just take your time and wander around the facility. Each of the stories of the cats are posted outside their cages, and information on the species can be found too.

So it's a complete learning experience for all!

If you want something a bit more special (if that's possible!), then why not look at the night tours! On a Sunday evening, kids over 7 years can spend around 90 minutes seeing the center in a whole new light.

There are feeding tours, as well as camps, and you can even celebrate your birthday party there! What better way to celebrate, especially knowing your birthday party fees will go towards such beautiful creatures.

An amazing experience in Texas, at In Sync Exotics!
