About this activity

Esther Short Park is five acres of landscaped, family friendly space in the heart of Vancouver best known for it's vintage bell tower with it's super fun glockenspiel. Did you know that Esther Short Park is actually the oldest public square in the entire state of Washington? How amazing is that?

Features include a large adventure playground with physical play activities for all ages and abilities, plus a lazy river water play area with fun interactive splash pad.

Washington is known for it's rain, so why not take control of it and choose to make a splash on your next family day out!

There of course is an open lawn where you can enjoy the classic park fun for the whole family.

Paved walkways suitable for push and wheel chairs segment the parkland and other features such as the gazebo, rose gardens and bandstand make interesting stops for children.

With picnic areas too, Esther Short Park is family fun in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Let's have some fun!
