Luau's, pirates, mardi gras and festivals? You might think you are heading to an amazing party, when in fact we are just listing some of the fun themed weekends that Cross Creek Resort put on for all those families that visit!
Cross Creek Resort in Ohio is an amazing campground for families. They are located in some pretty amazing surroundings, and have all the amenities your family would need, as well as fun activities for the kids!
First, the campground!
At Cross Creek there are 200 camping sites, ranging from Premium, full hook ups to just water and electric - so you only pay for what you need!
Many of the sites are pull thrus for those big rigs, and there are clean restrooms to help make your stay comfortable.
Then, there are the activities! During those hotter days kids love splashing in the swimming pool, and those active kids will love trying out the basketball court and tennis court. There is a Clubhouse, games room, shuffleboard, and even a large playground where kids can slide, climb and hide!
Nature loving families will love the surrounding nature trails, and there is even fishing in the area.
Don't forget about those themed weekends too! They are always super popular with families! Enjoy karaoke, or family fun games nights, or even a chocolate themed weekend!

Directions
From I-71: Take EXIT 131 (US-36/SR-37) Turn left off the exit and head west 3 miles on US-36/SR-37 to Lackey Old State Road. Turn left and travel south 3.2 miles. We are on the right hand side, just past the Alum Creek State Park.
From Jct of I-71 & SR 750 Polaris Pky (exit 121), Go west on SR 750 for 1.6 miles to South Old State Rd. Turn Right and head north for 5.7 miles. We are on the left hand side.
From 23 North: Take the SR 37 exit and follow East 3 miles to Lackey Old State Road. Turn Right and head south for 3.2 miles. We are on the right hand side just past Alum Creek State Park.
From 23 South: As you pass the Super Wal-Mart Shopping Center, turn right onto Orange Road. Follow to the first stoplight and turn left, so that you are going north onto South Old State Road. Follow for 3.8 miles. We will be on the left hand side of the road after the bridge. Get directions

Cross Creek Resort FAQ’s
They have created an amazing family friendly experience! They have made sure the kids have activities to keep them very entertained.
There is plenty to do! They have a large swimming pool, tennis, basketball, games, nature trails, and themed weekends.
They are also close to attractions like Columbus Zoo
The campstore is a great place to pick up extra food.
Make sure you check the minimum stay required for weekends, especially if you want to enjoy the themed events!
They have 200 Camping sites. Full hookup sites include: water, electric, sewer, and pads

Well stocked camp store.
Modem and WiFi Internet hookup available

The prices include 2 persons. There is an additional cost for person over 6, and additional tents.
