The Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry has been designed to give kids up to 19 years unlimited learning adventures, and that's exactly what they have achieved! This fun world of discovery lets kids enjoy a host of hands-on and interactive adventures, from racing boats down rapids, and even letting the climb aboard a Lowcountry pirate ship! Arrr me harties!
Those creative kids (and families!) can be inspired by masterpieces, and then create some too in the dedicated art room (nothing wrong with getting those hands messy with paint and glue kids!)
Step back in time to the days of Medieval knights and princesses, where kids can explore a castle made JUST for them, and with the fun dress up props, they can discover passageways and learn historical facts all in character.
It might be the Kids Garden that the kids love, where those five senses can get excited as they explore and play in organic beds, or perhaps just watch the butterflies!
The Children's Museum of Lowcountry also offers free monthly programs, as well as classes and camps around the clock!
Classes range from foreign language to dance to fitness are are offered throughout the week while school is in session. Little ones can sign up for all semester long or walk in for just one class!
With a toddler playspace, water fun and a host of other activities for the whole family, the Children's Museum of Lowcountry is ready to help you have a great family day out!
