NOTE: The Front St location is closed, and the museum will re-open in 2020 in the Missoula Public Library
The Children's Museum Missoula is a destination for area families, a place where kids can be kids and grownups can network with other parents and caregivers and feel like part of a community, a community of kids and grownups coming together for positive learning experiences, developmental growth and quality family time. The museum provides hands-on exhibits and weekly programs to kids ages infant through 10.
Interactive exhibits include giant bubble zone, art studio, dino dig, forst, doctor's office, grocery and fishing pond plus elemental play in Waterworks Wonders and the Precipitation Station!
In addition to metered street parking there are 2 pre-pay parking lots and Central Park parking garage within 2 blocks of the Museum.
It's worth watching out for events days and special sessions which can include face painting, live performances and almost anything in between!
Located in the heart of downtown Missoula, the Children’s Museum is at 225 West Front St. overlooking Caras Park, the Clark Fork River and A Carousel for Missoula.
