    I recently rented a bike from them and had no problem with the bike itself.However I accidentally rent and paid for 2 bike rentals when all I needed was one, no big deal right?I was informed by two workers to simply photo the receipt and email it to get refunded the second bike that wasn’t needed.The company still has not gotten back after several emails explaining the situation and their workers response.A company with integrity that is true to their word would rein-burst the second bike as informed by their company. Now i’m disputing the charge and have been bothered wasting time with something that should be a simple fix.There are plenty of bike companies around for the same price, check around for them!

    My family of 5 took the bike tour down the bay and into Central Park. Our tour guide was very friendly and very knowledgeable. This was one of the best activities that our family did while visiting NYC. It was a lot of fun and allowed us to see quite a bit of NYC in a short amount of time. Good way to see most of Central Park without having to walk. I will do this tour again in April when I go.

    WORST COMPANY EVER I booked a bike tour through Long Island wine country about a month in advance through Bike and Roll/Google Offers for my wedding anniversary. Bike and Roll called us three days before our tour to cancel our bike tour. They wanted to reschedule to a day more convenient to them giving such various excuses as the weather, the trains and the guides’ schedules instead of the simple truth being that they needed to consolidate the tours into a few days in order to save them money. They could only offer me two days I could reschedule – a Saturday (which was only 2 days from when they called) and we were not in town on Saturday or the next Sunday which we also could not do. So we had to cancel the tour and ask for a refund which Bike and Roll could not do and asked us to call Google Offers. So we had to wrangle through customer service at another company to get our refunds. The worst part is that we had actually tried to shift the bike tour before in previous weeks but Bike and Roll told us that it was not possible since they had cancelled various tours. It should have been an ominous sign. I guess they were waiting to see how many people they could sucker into their tour and move them into a profitable day. Interestingly enough, the Google Offers representative said that other people from this same promotion called with other excuses that Bike and Roll had given them. Now i’m desperately searching for fall foliage tours with one day remaining. 🙁
