Escape rooms are a fairly new concept for a family day out, and we are glad they were created, because they are FUN!
Bear Towne Escape Room is a fun and challenging family day out in New Bern, where families can work together as a team, and try and solve puzzles in order to unlock the room they are in.
How exciting!
This escape room is a real life interactive game, where you have 60 minutes to solve the series of puzzles, and riddles, and find the clues that will lead you to solving a mystery. You have 60 minutes to do so in order to succeed.
It's suitable for kids over 12 years, and is a great way to get them thinking out of the box, using their minds, and problem solving!
There are a number of rooms you can choose from too, which means that every visit can be different if you want!
How about trying the Deadly DIEgnosis first? Here, you are patients in a doctors offer, and you need to escape before the killer arrives back!
Maybe it's witches that excite you, and in the Witches Brew room, you need to seek the brew in order to save the villagers. Will you do it?
Let's not forget about the pirates too, as you search for the treasure - but first you must break out of the prison!

Try and arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation time.
They love groups to visit, so give them a call to ask about your students visiting! It's a great way for them to learn working in a team, and problem solving!

The rooms aren't scary like a haunted house would be - no-one tries to scare you, and if you need a hint to solve the clue, there are walkie talkies for you to ask!
